On April 25th, 2024 at 09:15 AM, Sh. Tapan Kumar Bandhyopadhyay, HOP (Solapur) delivered a Mass Safety PEP talk to the contract manpower working for CW/CT at CWPH area. During the talk, Sh. Bandhyopadhyay emphasized the importance of implementing 5S to achieve an incident-free environment in the plant premises. He also highlighted the importance of complying with PTW and JSA for safety purposes. Sh. Bandhyopadhyay explained the significance of grass cutting in controlling fire hazards during the current season and urged all departments to ensure grass cutting in their respective areas. Additionally, he asked workers to be more vigilant while working in CW/CT, specifically for potential hazards such as snake bites, slips, and trips.

GM(Mnt), AGM(Offsite), AGM(C&I), AGM(Safety), Sr. MGR(Safety), DGM(EMD), and EIC were present during the PEP talk and shared their safety views with the workers. Following the talk, a walk-down visit was conducted in CWPH, CW OAC, and CT area.
